Shipping
Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) following the day you placed your order. We ship to all Canadian provinces. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability (see below), your delivery address, the day and time your order is placed, and circumstances impacting delivery by your selected carrier. Designer Shuz is not responsible for delayed or misdirected shipments.
Product Availability
Although Designer Shuz makes every effort to ship your order within two business days of receiving your order, shipping dates may vary based on product supply. If the estimated shipping date changes, Designer Shuz will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date.
Designer Shuz makes every effort to supply you with the products you order; however, there may be occasions when Designer Shuz confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products either at all or in the quantities ordered. In this circumstance, Designer Shuz will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Designer Shuz may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Designer Shuz will cancel the order for products that it cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
