Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn product within 30 days of purchase. Please Contact us to request a return authorization number. All product returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and your original customer invoice. Designer Shuz will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, less shipping charges. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any documentation that shipped with the product and return via the carrier of you choice, at your own expense.
Defective Products
If you believe that you have received a defective product, please Contact us within 6 months of purchase to request a return authorization number. All defective product returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and your original customer invoice. Designer Shuz will determine whether the product is defective upon receipt of the goods. Misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product voids the warranty. If deemed defective, Designer Shuz, at its expense, will ship another of the same product, if available, free of charge. If the same product is not available, Designer Shuz will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
Cancellations
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, it can be cancelled (if it has not been shipped) by calling 1-888-355-6777. If your order has already been shipped, you can return any unwanted items to Designer Shuz after you receive them in accordance with our Return Policy above. Shipping charges are non-refundable if your order has already been sent.
